Do I have to create an account?
If you only view properties, no, you don’t need to create an account. If you want to upload a property, yes, you will need to create an account to do so.

My property address doesn't show up on the Map. May I get a help?
On the upload page, type in the property address into the address box, a few similar addresses will pop up, and choose the correct address from this dropdown menu. Your property address should display on the map right away.
Do I need a licensed real estate agent to upload my property at VRESTATE.CA?
No, you don’t need it. Suppose you are the property owner, and prefer to contact the purchaser/investor directly. If you have more questions, please get in touch with service@vrestate.ca for help.
I am not a local purchaser/investor, can the VRESTATE.CA help me purchase one of the properties?
Yes, you can power of attorney the VRESTATE.CA service team. This service team can act for you to visit the property and execute the purchase agreement contract. A standard purchaser’s service fee will be charged through the purchase agreement contract. If you have more questions, please contact: service@vrestate.ca
I am the property owner, but I don’t like contacting a purchaser/investor directly. What can you help me with?
If you have a listing agent who helped you list your property on the local real estate system, you can put the listing agent's contact info here. If you don’t have a listing agent, the VRESTATE.CA platform has the licensed real estate service team representing the purchaser/investor. This professional service team organizes for the purchaser/investor to visit your property. A standard purchaser's service fee will be charged through the purchase agreement contract.
How long will my property be displayed on this website?
There is a three-month period for all properties displayed on VREstate.ca. After three months, your property will be removed from the site. If you prefer to list for more than three months, you need to contact service@vrestate.ca
May I post any information of my property?
You may only post the correct and real information of your property. If someone reports that you posted information that is not true, your posted info will be removed. You will be notified by the site, and your registered account will be removed.
Can I delete/edit my uploaded property info?
Yes, you can delete/edit your uploaded property info anytime by logging into your account, and use the delete/edit button under the listed properties form.
Can I use any camera to take the photos?
No, VREstate uses only 360 photos, which can be transferred to VR view. Please go to amzon.com or google.com to search 360 camera. Just remember: a better quality camera (less than $1,000 CAD) produces higher quality images of your property
Does this VR view need a VR goggles?
Yes, you can purchase any VR goggles suitable for a smartphone. Please search google or amzon.com find out more info. Note: A better quality VR goggles (about $50 to $100 CAD) provides you with a better VR experience.
